I did do a search for direction and did not find what I needed

I have stock dual fan setup on 350 TPI, I have an issue with cooling while cruising in city, found out however that the drivers side is rotating clockwise and the passenger is counter clockwise....

should they both run counter for a puller to work right, this happened after 305 to 350 swap.....and if so......

can I swap the wires to make rotate the opposite direction

Yes they both need to pull thru the radiator.
Swap the leads on the offending fan.
