Fan Support

I have a 88, 5.7 IROC and need some help.

What is the OEM thermostat 180 or 195 degrees?

At what temp should the first and second fan come on?

Does the temp switch installed near the #8 spark plug control the first or second or both fans when to come on?

Thanks !!!!!!!!

Re: Fan Support

OEM Thermo is 195.
The ECM controls the primary fan.
The switch near #8 and the A/C switch activate the secondary.

Dunno about either of the temperatures. I think the one turns on at 195, and the other at 235. I think.
