Where is the ground for the switch located?

Axle/Gears: BW9bolt3.45posi/3.23 Posi
Where is the ground for the fan located?
I redid my heads and now my fans not turning on. I spliced the fan wire and connected it to ground and it turned on so where can I find the ground for the fan?
