trans am overheat

Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.23
trans am overheat

i own a 89 camaro rs no problems there
my friend to go along with me got a 3rd gen trans am.... his car is overheating... hes replaced the hoses, thermostat, and water pump to no avail. I was thinking and i saw my air dam but i didnt know if that was specific to camaros... do trans ams have air dams?

talked to him today and he said it does NOT have an air dam so im going to get him one... also i asked about the fan and he said it works but it runs the opposite direction? im going to look into this as well.... updates soon
