Fans on Toggle not working?
I just wired up my fans to my new relays and toggle switch but they are not working. The fans are not getting power to them. Can anybody think of anything I might have messed up such as putting the wires onto the relays in the wrong spots, or anything that I should check out? Here is the diagram that I used.

That will work even tho the symbol for the relays is wrong.
Does you relay(s) click / energize?

I dont remember hearing them click. Only one wire on each relay has power to it and its the one thats coming from the battery.

Re: Fans on Toggle not working?
OK I think that my wiring may be wrong. So according to the numbers on the website listed below should 86 be a 12v source, 87 a 12v source, 30 to the fan, and 85 to the toggle switch? If that is not right can someone please post up which wires go to which numbers? Thanks

From your original post you indicate youre using diagram 167187.
You didnt say if the fan comes on by itself when the car gets too hot, of if when use AC.
If it does, with the car off, but the key in RUN, use a meter to find out which side of the coil goes where.
You will find one side of the relay coil going to 12 volts.
Its the other side you need the manual fan switch to connect, and the other side of the switch to go to ground.

Re: Fans on Toggle not working?
The fans dont have any of the factory wiring since my car didn't come with dual fans. I just have the pigtails plugged into the fan and the rest of the wiring was made by me.

Yes, the relays are clicking when I put power to #87 on the relay. What could still be wrong causing them to not turn on?
