RUST IN RADIATOR AND RUST ALL OVER WHERE WATER TRAVELS

i have a 1990 camaro rs v8 and i opened the water housing to change the thermostat and noticed there is rust all within the path where the water travels.there is rust in the radiator,on the inside of the water housing,and in the yellow jug that hold excess coolent.....How can i "flush" it all out? can someone tell me in detail what i have to do and what i have to buy?

might get a Preston flush kit for local auto parts store, a pint of radiator flush, and 1 foot of heater hose (ask parts guy for correct size). the 1 foot of heater hose will keep you from having to move anything or from cutting into your current heater hose; set the 1 foot heater hose aside for when you flush again. I'm guessing you might need to replace the heater hoses too after the flush.
