Radiator air dam
Does anyone know where I can get a "radiator lower air deflector?" it's for a 87 TA. I have the upper piece but not the lower, and my car has an overheating problem. The tech article said the part number is 10017673. I checked Jegs but that number wasn't found.

As for an aluminum one....Good luck having it not bend if it scrapes the road, bends back, stays bent, and being almost useless afterwards.

I want to say modern day muscle has the exact part, don't quote me though, it's been a while since i've looked.
If i'm not mistaken, this is what you're looking for:
http://www.moderndaymuscle.com/inc/sdetail/940
You would have to speak to them to be sure that it's for a T/A, as i believe they are different from birds to T/As. I had one from a T/A out of the yard and it didn't look like it would line up correctly on the bird pieces. I don't know so ask them.

Re: Radiator air dam
i made an aluminum one for my iroc, the cars not on the road yet but i dont think it will drag unless i get careless, i traced the design of the old plastic one, then made the aluminum one about half an inch shorter and at more of an angle, i hope it doesnt drag, only took me about 20 minutes to make it and we have an abundance of scrap aluminum, my dad works at Alcoa so yea.

Re: Radiator air dam
Made mine out of abs plastic and made adjusters for it so I can make it work a little better and keep it from pulling off.
