after looking around i just need to know one question before i buy a non ac heater box i was wondering it the blower motor from my ac box will work in a non ac box without any modifications?

 

IIRC, the motor/cage is somehow different and won't interchange.

swapping out My 1992 z28 every thing swaped right over. it's just the Fan drum (blades) the drum is 1/2" longer. i just clipped the end lipring off.
i did this when the car was new.. today i would go to the parts house and just get the right fan drum.. (yes still have the car) always will..

also when you go to the parts yard.. get the box..L Hose and plug that is on the Heater Box.. Plug and play..
(Mine was anyway) also shot mine the same color as the car Artic white.

looks factry.. just need to swap out my contrl inside..for that added touch...

 

im getting a stock 1LE ac delete box. what year would i have to order from advance auto to get a new blower motor? and will the squirrel cage fit on the ac delete motor and the box?

 

can tell you that the squirrel cage will fit your blower Motor..

all you need is the box.. thats what i had to get. mine is a 92 Z28.
PICKED MINE UP FROM THE PARTS YARD.. off a iroc 89 i think?
