Corvette cooling fan switch
Corvette cooling fan switch
Has anyone used a 1981-1982 Corvette cooling fan switch? I've heard It's supposed to kick on at about 200F which keeps the engine at 210F at all times. (instead of 220+ that the stock fan kicks on)

Re: Corvette cooling fan switch
actually that switch turns on at around 230*IIRC,it is for
the auxillary fan as those vettes have a belt drive main
fan-that auxillary fan is found on certain '79-'82 vettes
and is the same fan used on the "x"cars-chevy citation
etc.
the fan switch used on '84 up vettes is probably the
same as f-bod switch.
