looks like a heater valve. ? diverter valve?

diverter valve thing? was it right next to the a/c crap?

it's a heater control valve.should be readily available.first hint should have been all the coolant that leaked out.lol.you probably didnt break it it was prabably ready to break.better now than on the road somewhere.

yes it's a heater diverter valve , cheap , less than $20.00 . very common G.M. used them on many different cars . good luck .

Thanks guys! This thing was a PITA to remove since I think it's been there since the car left the factory 19 years ago. Local Advance Auto Parts has one for 16 bucks.
