How well do proliance aluminum radiators work?

I've been in need of a new radiator for some time. The copper/brass unit I have on my car has a bunch of fin rot on the bottom, and deposits plugging quite a few of the holes in the top. It is the original radiator from 1990 (pulled it out of my formula). Even with the air-dam in place, it has a hard time cooling the engine on some of the hotter days.

I'm looking for something that wont dissolve my bank account, as I have a lot of bills to pay at the moment. I noticed proliance aluminum radiators are only about $120. How well do these work? I'm sure I'd see an improvement for my mostly stock engine, but will this radiator support 300-350hp at the crank? I'm mostly speaking of this radiator:
