A/C HELP PLEASE!
A/C HELP PLEASE!
So on August 1st, I replaced my a/c compressor, accumulator, orifice tube, and all my a/c system o-rings. I vacuumed the system (held vacuum), and then recharged (pressures were good). It worked fine for like a day and a half, then I noticed the compressor kept cycling on and off and then seemed to actually start locking up. I removed everything, brought the compressor and other parts back to the store, and replaced everything again, including a new low pressure switch on the accumulator and a new high pressure switch in the compressor. Vacuumed (held vacuum) and then recharged (pressures were good) this past Saturday. Well this morning same thing: compressor keeps cycling on and off, and is almost seeming like its starting to lock up. I checked the pressures and low side seems high and high side seems low, but I can't get an accurate reading because the a/c compressor keeps cycling on and off. Please help. I am at my wit's end with this a/c system.

Re: A/C HELP PLEASE!
Jumper the low side switch so the compressor stays on. then look at your pressures. Sounds like the compressor isn't doing it's job right. Who's compressor are you using and is it a reman?
