Air Conditioning problem..help

Air Conditioning problem..help
(I know it's wrong category to post under, but I need help)
My car's ac has no air coming through the vents..I checked the fan for suspicion of rat nest, but there is none to be found..so to check, the fan spins almost perfectly, hooked it all up and still nothing but small breeze..I have had multiple rat problems in the past
Has anyone had similar problem, or know of a possible problem? What should I do?? Any help is great!
