92 z-28 with 5.7 tpi, calif emissions. Primary fan comes on , as i am driving along temp starts to climb after about 30 min. pull over and fan is not moving. Then will come on and off. Secondary fan comes on when ac is turned on then stops. What could be causing this. When primary fan is on temp is about 175. when off as high as 235
