high pressure problem

I start my car today and before it got to operating temp, the radiator hoses were very pressurized. So much so that the coolant shot past the hose clamps on the top and bottom radiator hose... Anyone ever have this problem, or have a solution to make it stop???

Things checked:
Oil= full, not milky.
Fluild lvl= low, filled...
