No heat or a/c

I have a 1990 chevy camaro that has no heat or a/c. During the summer when I turned on the a/c the heater core started leaking into the car. Since I had no a/c did this cause my heater core to go?

Re: No heat or a/c

If at anytime your heater core leaked, then it needs replaced. Won't solve the A/C issue, but a leaking heater core can make the car overheat and create a real mess in the pass floor board.
