Just wanted to thank anyone who posted about the electronics of the cooling system in the past. After researching common problems, looking up wire diagrams, doing under hood research with a multimeter and buying a few parts I almost have both fans working I think.
Bad relay caused one fan not to work.
Bad wire harness, ground, and fan motor caused the other not to run.
After I get a new fan motor($25) I should have a complete cooling system again. I have all the original sensors in place with the addition of a grounded toggle switch for both fans. should be a cool summer!
