NEED A PIC OF COOLANT TEMP FOR GAUGE
I am not sure which temp sensor is for my gauge. I bought one from autozone, but is says it is a switch. I have a clutch fan. Why a switch? I have seem 3 types. one fits a weather pak 2 wire setup, one looks like a spark plug with the head of a nail on top and the last has a tab for one wire. Which one works with the temp gauge? I know there are some third gens that have temp lights, I don't think those sensors are the same.

Coolant temp sender for your guage is in driver side head.
This is the part: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par...questid=210519
They call it a switch, when technically it doesn't switch anything, in my world it's a sender since it "sends" info to the guage.

pass side head is what I call a fan switch - it controls the electric fan: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par...vice=137470465
They call it a switch too (which does make sense to me since it actuall switches on/off the fan.
