I have ran every test I can think of and every thing checks out.I even checked the wires from the ecm to the relays and everything looks fine.I even replaced the ecm and still no fans.Put a scanner on it and fan request said yes and still no fans.I rigged up switches to ground each fan and throwing the switch seems to be the only way to get them to turn on.They both worked at one time then they both stopped working at the same time.Any ideas.Thanks

 

During fan request, did you check for continuity on the ground from the ECM to the relay ?

Considering one is to use a crystal ball to know the vehicle you're talking about, that's the best guess I have.

 

1988 iroc 5.7L with dual cooling fans.I disconnected the relay and grounded the green white wire at the connector then disconnected the harness at the computer then hooked up a test light to power and checked terminal C1 on the computer end and the tester lit up so it looks like there is continuity
