Coolant leak
I've got a coolant leak that seems to be getting worse. Problem is, I can't find where it's coming from. The puddle is under the front of the transmission. I can see where it runs down the bottom transmission cover. It doesn't seem to be coming from a head, intake manifold or a freeze plug. Where else could it be coming from? I've used mirrors and one of those cameral on a stick things, but I can't seem to find it.

Re: Coolant leak
......or more likely a leaking freeze plug on the back of the block.
This may sound redundant but clean the entire back of the motor including the intake, heads, block, bellhousing, etc the best you can. You might even have to use a power-washer to reach places your hands can't get to. On a COLD motor pressurize the cooling system (many parts stores rent a kit to do just this) and look again. Coolant leaks can be a real pain to find so take your time. Remember too, that anti-freeze is 'thinner' then straight water and will find a place to leak that water will not.
Worst case is to remove the tranny and bellhousing and have a look.
