I the use a Ron Davis Rad but the fan isn't. Built to spec, perfect quality, more than up to the task. Trully a hi-performance piece.Yes, worth the money,IMO.Name: 100_0958.jpg

Re: Ron Davis Radiator

I've seen quite a few in which the tranny cooler has split internally and ruined the trans by running water through it.

I'd be interested to hear more on this. I've had one for a while and this is the first I've heard of this concern with the tranny cooler.

Re: Ron Davis Radiator

My buddies used to work at a Cadillac dealership and they would install these radiators in the CTS-V's they would build. After at least 3 failures and a lack of support from Ron Davis they stopped using them.

Re: Ron Davis Radiator

You shouldn't use the cooler anyway. Use an aftermarket cooler in front of the condenser, Why try to cool a fluid with hot water?
