Help running heater hoses through firewall.

I'm actually working on a 4th gen but this question would apply to any vehicle. What I've done is deleted my HVAC system but I'm going to keep my defroster. Heres what I've done. I took my stock blower motor housing and motor and mounted a heater core directly on top of it so that when its on I have direct defrost. My problem is sealing my hoses/lines through my HVAC plate. I need something like a 4" piece of tube that has threads on the outside so I could screw jam nuts onto both sides to secure it to my plate. I just can't find anything like this and I'm open to other suggestions on sealing it. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks

How big diameter? I remember getting something like this once for some plumbing I was doing, at least 1" dia. Check Lowes or Home Depot.
