I have a 92 RS with a 3.1 and an auto tranny.
My car overheats anytime it is at a long stoplight or a drivethrough because the radiator fan will not turn on.
I can make the fan come on by either turning on the a/c or unplugging the coolant Temp Sensor
I have replaced the relays, coolant temp sensor, and thermostat.
I just am not sure what else it could be.
Please help!

Did you check the ground on the relay? Relay may have a seperate ground wire that attaches to the body nearby. Get it up to operating temp and wiggle the wire.
