Coolant leak below water outlet

Coolant leak below water outlet

Just wondering if any body knows what this part is called. It has the two rubber hoses to the tb and a hard pipe to the heater valve. Only place I can find that leaks and I just replaced all of the other components (radiator, top and lower hoses, water pump, and t stat). Thanks
This is on my 3.1 btw

Is there a seal I can get for it? I've been lookin at parts stores but maybe a dealer part?

No separate seals for that one. You need to buy the complete part and hope that you can get the old one out of there without breaking the threaded part off.
