Cooling Fan Switch Seems a Little Much

Cooling Fan Switch Seems a Little Much

Okay so I took out my cooling fan switch in my 87 camaro with dual fan setup and it said the fans turn on at 235 degrees! is there any possible way I can get a cooler switch?

Sure…check the usual..Jeg's, Summit. They all carry them. I've seen them down to 180 fan on, 170 fan off…

The factory ones are higher for emissions reasons…CATS etc operate better hotter...
