NO AIR THROUGH MIDDLE/SIDE DASH VENTS

Hi all! I just replaced the heater core on my 91 TA and I notice that no air is coming through my middle or outer vents in the dash. Defroster and Heater vents seem fine. What could I have done to cause this? Thanx!

One more question. What should I use to replace the old detiorating foam around the Heater Core Box?

Nevermind all. I think I have found that there is a door just to the left of the heater core that may be the issue. I will check it out tomorrow.
