92 Camaro 305 TBI Overheating Issue

My 92 Camaro is running really hot like around 240 degrees. However, the temperature seems to go down when I am stopped or if I am not moving fast. It seems to overheat when I am on the highway. The fan was replaced with an after market electric fan and the radiator seems to be in pretty good shape. Any ideas on what the issue could be?
