WATER PUMP QUESTION
WATER PUMP QUESTION
I've got a 1988 GTA that losing anti-freeze once it's cooled down. When I park it overnight it's leaking on the garage floor, but I can't tell where it's coming from. I can see it running down the hose that connest to the bottom of the water pump, but the hose clamp is tight. Could it be coming from the weep hole on the water pump itself? Anyone else experience this issue? Car doesn't run hot, or leak while the engine is running. Thanks in advance for your help...

Re: WATER PUMP QUESTION
Ya need a new pump. It's coming from the weep hole. Make sure you get the right pump for the serpentine set-up.
And by all means, get a GM New pump, it will save you money and time in the long run.
And while you're at it, change the hoses and T-Stat.
