Engine: LB9 5.0L TPI

Transmission: T-5

Axle/Gears: 9-bolt Borg Warner, 3.45

radiator fan help. secondary won't spin

89 formula with dual fan set up. The car will heat to 240 according to my laser temp gun... the first fan comes on intermittently, only stays on briefly but not enough too cool it off then stops. Seems to kick in randomly at diff Temps sometimes 220 etc. The second fan never spins...even if I turn AC, heat or defroster on.

Any ideas? I'm more concerned the first one doesn't seem to be working right. Recently flushed coolant and replaced coolant temp sensor, radiator cap and stock thermostat.

could be the fan switch on the rh side of the block.
could also be the relay and it could be the ECM
