Problem with water pump

My water pump pulley holes does not line up on water pump has anybody else had this problem. It is a ac delco pump . I got it from summit did they give me the wrong pump I have a 1989 camaro iroc 350 tpi

I'm going to guess that the pulley bolt hole pattern is larger than the bolt hole pattern of the water pump, yes?

Q: How well does the center hole of the pulley fit the center alignment "nub" of the water pump?
