I've had my 305 TPI car hard wired with a switch to control my stock single fan for years. I'm getting tired of doing it manually. The only reason I did it was because somebody literally cut it out of the harness and I couldn't find the wiring around the engine.
I know what colors I am looking for (I found that through searching the forum). But I couldn't find out what part of the main harness it comes out of. Can anyone help me out? The relay is still bolted to the radiator support with wires hanging from it for about 2 inches. But the main harness is tucked behind the distributor and the heater core stuff pretty good. And I can't find any easy to spot loose wires.
It's either I'm going to really try and find the factory control wiring, or get the flex-a-lite adjustable control fan wiring kit for $78 (since I've read that the factory control is not that awesome).
