From Scratch...best way to wire dual fans.

So here's my situation. Building a 383, which is currently on the stand and almost ready to drop in. I have the Holley HP EFI ECM and harness ready to go in. Along with a new fuel pump kit/harness, I'm going through a lot of the original electronics and replacing the old cracked and worn wires, etc. etc., and doing a lot of rewiring. I also have a 4th gen fan dual fan and aftermarket radiator. Fan wiring is out too. I've been looking over various options, and just don't have the experience to really know.

How would YOU guys wire these up? Would you purchase an aftermarket harness and take the computer out of the loop? ...or is it better to let the computer control the fans? I can see the merits of both. ...and if I go with ECU control....do I go with a factory harness or are there better aftermarket options???

Thanks for the link. I've purchased some other stuff from Ron Francis...pretty good stuff. ....do you have an opinion of whether or not to let the computer control the fans?
