Dual Fans the same?

I'm helping my son do a TPI conversion to his '87 El Camino.

Found several references on G-body boards that the dual fan setup for the Camaro works well, and can be made to fit.

There's an '89 Firebird GTA in the junkyard near my house, and the fan assembly is still there---are there any differences between the Firebird, and Camaro dual fan setups? I wasn't sure if with the lower hood on the Firebird, it might use a slightly different part than Camaros do.
