Last week took the car for a longer ride than normal and noticed the temp gauge higher than normal. Came home and the reservoir was full and gurgling nearly over the top.

Tonight I played around with my cooling fans.

Primary runs almost all the time.

Key on engine off jumpering A to B on ALDL turns primary on.

Jumpering orange lead to ground at relay turns on secondary (New relay)

Grounding CTS lead turns on secondary

Engine running with A/C going I have cold (Cool) air from the vents, compressor cycles on and off every 10-15 seconds but secondary fan does NOT come on.

From what I understand of the system this tells me that ECM is working fine, relay is good, both fans are good, wiring to fans is good.

Tells me nothing of the state of the CTS sensor but I know the gauge is operational and the wiring is good.

I do not know about the A/C, with the A/C on the secondary should be working but with the way its cycling I don't know. I have cold/cool air coming out and the accumulator gets cold/condensation.

What can you tell me.
