Wiring up the second fan

I am using a relay and a temperature sensor to run the second fan. It runs whenever the car is hot enough to turn it on. My question is can I wire the switch source to the first fan so that the second will only come on if the first fan is on?

A little back story my car originally came with a single fan. It always ran hot with the AC on. The radiator failed and the fan was warped as well. In my quest to be able to drive in stop in go traffic with the ac on and the car not going nuclear I have installed a becool radiator and duel LS fans. Everything is working great, but would like to have the second fan only come on when the car is running and am looking for the best source switch. As of now everything for the second fan is wired directly to the battery. The first fan is using the stock fan configuration.
