CTS connector pin orientation

Long story short, A while back the cts next to the thermostat became de-pinned and lost its ability to hold the pins in. I took my best guess on which way it went back in. Now, I have a new connector and am ready to re-do it and I want to make sure its correct before I start splicing.

On both the connectors I see B on the left and A on the right, assuming you are looking at the connector straight on where the clip is. so my question is, does Yellow go to B or does it go to A?

Ive tried to search both on the forum and google and couldn't find a clear picture. I've attached a picture of my old connector on the engine and how I have it orientated now. The car is a 1992 RS TBI 305.

Re: CTS connector pin orientation

The orientation doesn't matter it's just a thermal resistor.

Thanks for the response. I guess you're always still learning.
