These products :Mounting Kit Electric Fan Tie Strap,

Is it really efficient and reliable in the long run ?

I don't recommend them. Used them on a new radiator once. Guys at the radiator shop noticed and warned me it would cause a leak. I didn't listen and two years later my new radiator was leaking where the ties touched.
