1985 TPI single fan shroud

Is this really the extent of our fan shrouds for these cars? My camaro was torn apart when I got it and I'm trying to piece it back together. The fan shroud seems like it is missing something but by the looks of this pic it isn't.

Considering the fan is only providing airflow when the car is stationary, or the A/C is on, that's all it needs.

Yup, that's it... no "shroud", as such.

Works fine as-is, assuming the rest of the system also works correctly.
