The black Fel-Pro seems to be for a V6. Chinese factory workers must have packed it wrong.

Absolutely! 192-195* F T Stats were created for EMISSION reasons ONLY! 180 is FINE for heat and will put your engine management in "Closed Loop" quickly.

Most will enter closed loop under 100-120*F. I ran a Nissan Motorsports 144*F thermostat in my 2011 Infiniti M56S without issue. Also ran 160s in my Titan's. My Express van also has a 160*F. Even with a 144*F thermostat and fans set to turn on at 146*F my M56s would cook you out of the cabin. The van gets too hot inside even with the 160*F if you crank up both units.
