California Fan Switch

Engine: LG4 w/ SLP headers & a 3" catback
Transmission: THM700R4 (Stock)
Axle/Gears: Stock 2.73 gears. No Posi
California Fan Switch
I was looking at the usual parts websites (JEGS, Summit, and regular auto parts stores) for a new in-block switch for my fans. Did I miss something where I cannot buy a switch that turns on the fans below 230 degrees anymore in CA?

If you are looking for a standard switch for our cars get a 1989 Turbo TA switch 212 on and 205 off

Summit has this thing now about buying parts in CA...
When you go to check out, they make you sign a form saying your car is either pre-1965 or off-highway use only.
You can bet that data is being collected for... <ahem>... "later use".

How about part numbers please,
radiator fan switch, turn on approx. 212* F, 1989 LB9, 305 TPI with AC and Dual electric fans?
NOT counting the temp gauge sending unit, does this cooling system fan circuit use, 1 temp sensor (location, part # please) to report to the ECU? And 1 fan switch, (location, part # please) to turn on the fans(in case ECU fails)?
