ECM going bad?

Well, here's the story. I was driving it along the freeway when it just died. At first, my dad and I thought it was the ignition or the O2 sensor wiring. So, we finally got it towed somewhere. So, before we started digging in and changing stuff around, we started it up, w/o an O2 input, and w/ old ignition parts. It ran fine. After I ran another wire for the O2 sensor and my dad changed out the distributor module, it wouldn't run. So, I checked the ECM fuses and the Injector fuses, and they're fine. I check for power getting to the injectors, and there was power there. I checked for power between pin A and pin B, and the ECM was not pulsing it. There was spark getting to the plugs, but no fuel.

Could it be a bad ECM?
