Question about fast

i have searched through old threads and not come up with much info. what is the price of a FAST ECM? does it plug into the stock wiring harness or piggyback into the stock ECM? i am interested in this ECM because i have heard that it is fairly easy to tune. anyone who has any info on this i appreciate it, thanks alot
