Code 43 help

Hey all been reading through the archives but couldnt find anything. Just to give you alittle backround. This is a brand new 305 LO3 crate motor( tbi btw). Brought it in to be fine tunned and they had a problem starting it. They though it was the VATS and tried applying direct power to the ecm which did nothing since it was a bad a bad ground and started the car. They replaced my rotor( why i still dont know) and timed and adjusted the valves. Got it back and as i hit the gas to drive off i got a code 43.. Now a week later i have replaced the esc the tps my o2 sensor and knock sensor. Tested all wires. Pink gets 12v blk gets 9 volts and the ground wire is good. I get the code only at WOT. and then it acts wierd. I will get this burst of power then 1/2 the power. You know what its like riping out and then going putt putt. It only does it during hard acc or in a sharp turn, and then occ it will clear.. The SES light will come on then go off. Any clues or does it look like a bad ecm
