possible ecm problem?

i have a 747 ecm that i was in the middle of tuning the chip for my truck when all the sudden after i burned a chip and put it in the truck it cranks really long and wont start unless i mess with the throtle. I tried goin back to my other setups thinking it was something i changed in the chip but it still does the same thing. I have a different part # ecm that starts the truck fine but it runs crappy and i can find the proper ecu file to mod the chip for that one. Does this sound like an ecm problem and could it be fixed.

i appreciate any help
thanks jason
