Where does the ECM get it's power?

L98 swap is complete but I have no power to the ECM. My question is where does the ECM get it's power from? Does it have a constant 12v. feed right from the fuse block or does it tap into a relay somewhere?

from my understanding, the inside of the car is fed by the starter wires. I think this because, nothing in my interior works when the starter is disconnected. Then, there is an ECM fuse in the fuse block. May not be much info, but it's something to start by.

The ECM will need an constant 12VDC supply (unswitched) but be sure it is protected by a small fuse. This will allow the PROM to retain the information it has "learned" about several parameters that are reset each time the ECM power is disconnected for more that 30 seconds or so.
