Help me with my car..
I have an 86 iroc that was a 305 now it is a 350 but any ways the car is burning up a big green capicator in the ecm and then it wont run if any ideas at all let me know what to do or how to help u more under stand this problem the ecm number is 01227165 and the prom number is 16055375

That big green capacitor is there to protect the ECM from voltage surges.
