Scanner Settings

I am using the Autoxray EZLINK scanner on my 88 GTA. I had a 305 originally and installed a 355. I am also using an 89 arap bin file in my 165 ecm.

Question is: when configuring the scanner, what year and vin number ID to I tell it I have? The choices I've played with would be (88 - F = 88 305), (88 - 8 = 88 350) or (89 - 8 - F = 89 350)? Does it even make a difference on the readings I recieve?

Thanks.
