haltech e6k vs. e6gm?

any real advantages over the e6k vs. the e6gm? Im leaning toward the e6gm as it seems like any wiring connectors and sensors would be easier to get ahold of if you get stuck down the road somewhere.

anyone have experience w/ one or the other?

I had the earlier one of the two. But, sold it before using it. My only concern is that they closed their US headquarters, and now just have dealers here in the states. When I called the vendor I bought it from all they wanted to do after the sale was charge for the info..
