What do I need to program a 94PCM for LT1?
I need to program my 94PCm for a 94 LT1 .. need to remove VATS and EGR and general tuning.. what do I need for Hardware/Software? I see so many different choices.. its hard to determine what to get without getting the same thign twice.

yes! i have the exact same question, except i also was wondering if i would need to program out the a/c or smog thing on the serpentine line does neone kno???

think there is something for smog, egr if you got rid of that.. AC, no. TunerCat is what I am going to get with the $EE bin. but don't know if that's all I need.
You'll have to unprogram the VATS too.. though that looks simple enough.

You need the cables and software.
Tunercat has the software, AKM Cables makes the cables
Be sure to read the warnings about programming the flash PCMs at AKM cables. BTW, always carry 2 PCMs, it doesn't take much to crash one, and you have to send it in to get it fixed.
