Building an OBDI cable

Anyone know if I can buy one of these cables, which do not actually include the OBDI plug... from here http://www.customefis.com/cableorder.html

And then I can buy this AutoXray plug from Summit http://store.summitracing.com/partde...57#largerimage

Can I spice these two together to get a good cable for a quick plug and read interface cable?
